Ingredients:

1 part Ashwagandha 1 part Vidhara

Dosage:

The dosage should be as per health condition, age and as suggested by the ayurvedic doctor or practitioner. It is usually taken as 3 grams, 2 to 3 times a day for adults. It can be consumed with warm milk.
